So my review is overall positive, but perhaps generally strange haha! Overall I love your coffee and service - so all good on that front. That said though, I love your coffee in store... but I only like it at home. Why's that? Well naturally, since I'm not a pro barista and I don't have a £10k Marzocco machine - that could be the reason the coffee doesn't taste as good as when I get it in store. But I wonder if there are some other tips and trips that you could send with the coffee either via a QR code or a printed slip that could help me get the max out of it. Is it just impossible to recreate the same taste at home? Or should I be grinding it a certain way, pouring it for a certain amount etc? I'm just always tasting your store-bought coffee but since I don't live close to your stores, I'm only half-reliving the magical experience.

Been buying this cofee for 6 months now, best decaff I can find, and I've tried a lot! It's an absolute banger! Love the coffee shops as well, and well worth a visit if you're in the Big Smoke
