About the Coffee
This beautiful, anaerobic-washed single-origin coffee is from a farm called ‘Los Pinos’ that is located in Santa Barbara, Huehuetenango (Guatemala). What makes this location particularly special is that the rainfall there is very scarce, and in 2013, Renardo Ovalle planted Catarrh and Bourbon varietals as an experiment which resulted in a unique coffee due to the soil and height conditions.
The farm’s name ‘Los Pinos’ comes from its impressive height of 2000MASL and the surrounding area of many towering pines. With notes of Honeydew melon, matcha, lemonade & florals, Coogee Beach is an exquisite cup that will make you excited for every brew.
