About the Coffee
This washed coffee comes from Chiapas in southern Mexico, a region defined by cloud forest, rich volcanic soil and altitudes between 1,300–1,700 MASL. It's here, close to the Guatemalan border, that some of Mexico's most sought-after specialty coffee is grown — carefully picked and processed by hand before making its way to our roastery.
Named after the beach we love back home, Cottesloe Beach brings a mellow, moreish cup with notes of pecan, vanilla, toffee and honey. Best brewed as filter, it's an easy-drinking coffee that's just as good first thing as it is mid-afternoon.
