This light roast coffee comes from the San Vicente region of Honduras, specifically from the Proyecto Cabañas Coffee Farmers Collective. It's a blend of Catuai and Lempira varietals, processed using the washed method. What sets Palm Beach apart is the genuine dedication of the farmers behind it.
