About the Coffee
Our Bronte filter roast is a single-origin coffee from a small farm in Cyato, Rwanda. Known for its unique combination of flavors and aroma, the country is home to some of the best high-quality Arabica beans, and we use naturally processed beans which are particularly prized. Natural processing means that the coffee is dried inside the cherry in direct contact with the sun, creating distinctive characteristics and adding complexity and depth to the final cup.
Our Bronte roast highlights the bright, sweet, and floral aroma, with subtle citrus and berry notes coming through. Its well-rounded profile, makes it a great option for those looking for an interesting cup.
