In the shadow of Nevado del Huila, Colombia’s highest volcano, lies Gaitania a small town with 100 coffee-producing smallholders. This indigenous volcanic region benefits from fertile soil and micro-climates that lead to the production of incredibly unique coffee beans.
For the Bondi Beach Filter, we have selected a lot from Alirio Cupaque. His farm is in the Gaitania region which produces coffee with citrus fruit character, combined with sweet nutty notes and clear orange acidity that will surprise even the most discerning coffee connoisseurs.
