The Farm was founded by Jorge Vides ( 1950) in La Libertad, Huehuetenango. They focused on growing only a few varieties of coffee. Family is passionate about innovation, precision and quality.In the 1950s, the Hidalgo family began to grow coffee on land located in the La Libertad Municipality, Huehuetenango. Don Silvano Hidalgo inherited a part of the farm in the 1970s from his father, named Las Camelias; He got this name as his father grew Camelia flowers in his garden.
